The company, especially under the guidance of director/choreographer
Jean-Chrisopthe Maillot, has since extended its reach and cemented
its richly deserved reputation as one of the world's premier
artistic troupes. Spring and summer 2006, Les Ballets' repertoire

Historic Grand Prix & Monaco Grand Prix
The place is Monaco, and the event of the season
in the Principality is without a doubt the Grand Prix Historique.
Considered a must for the historic races it is a retrospective
of the golden age of car racing. Taking place on the famous
track of Monaco's roads the race has been held every other year
since April 1929. Monaco, May 20-21, 2006.
May the Monaco Grand Prix, since its inception in 1929, is the
only F1 Race taking place on city streets. Spectators delight
in the excitement of the roaring engines as they speed along
the Boulevard Albert 1er up toward the Casino and dare the hairpin
turn in front of the Fairmont Monte-Carlo Hotel. Well known
for its many elevation shifts, tight corners and a narrow course
make it perhaps the most demanding F1 track in the world. Monaco,
